FCS Filter is a utility that allows users to filter Flow Cytometry (FCS) data files. It is designed to gate out microbead populations, remove debris and other unnecessary events that can interfere with the FCAP Array software's clustering process. The filtering is based on a user-defined gate, which can be applied to all FCS files in a selected folder. The software saves the filtered events in new FCS 2.0 files.
